Doctor's Order Required
A valid physician’s laboratory order (requisition) is strictly required. You can upload it or email it during scheduling, or have your doctor’s office send it directly to us via Fax (772) 227-1480 or Email lab@PrecisionBiocore.com.
Routine & Chronic Care
If you need routine testing, ask your doctor to issue multiple dated orders in advance. We will securely log them and pre-schedule your regular home visits to guarantee uninterrupted care.

We follow your doctor's orders precisely. All testing, billing for the blood work, and official results are managed directly by your preferred processing laboratory (Quest, Labcorp, Cleveland Clinic, or BioReference).
